Top Brewers prospects, 2026

Every full-season affiliate, ranked by production and by age relative to the level. A 19-year-old holding his own in Double-A is doing something harder than a 25-year-old doing the same, and the ranking says so.

How this is ranked

For hitters the score adds production (OPS and isolated power), plate discipline, age relative to the level, baserunning net of caught stealing, and a bonus for the position on the defensive spectrum — eight points for shortstop, centre field and catcher, four for third base, second base and right field, none for first base, left field and designated hitter. For pitchers it is strikeout rate minus walk rate, with ERA and WHIP counted for less because minor league parks and defence swing them so much. Higher levels count for more, and every player’s page itemizes his own score.

Players need 150 plate appearances or 40 innings to be ranked — without a minimum the leaderboard fills with three-inning cameos. Everyone below the line still appears on their level page, just unranked. We do not measure defence — the public minor league fielding data cannot support it, so the position bonus above rates the job, not the player. This is our own calculation from public MLB data, not a scouting list; how we work.
