Brewers demolish Reds 20-0, clinch playoff spot

The Milwaukee Brewers clinched a playoff spot with a dominant 20-0 victory over the Cincinnati Reds, scoring 17 runs on 20 hits through the first five innings. Dustin May pitched six scoreless innings on 84 pitches while striking out six, allowing just two hits and a walk as he auditions for a postseason rotation spot. The Brewers' offense was relentless, with Jackson Chourio, Brice Turang, and William Contreras leading the assault, and Garrett Mitchell hitting a grand slam in the fifth inning. Milwaukee has now clinched their eighth playoff berth in the last nine years.
