2026 Brewers Week in Review: Week 23

The Brewers' rotation excelled this week with four pitchers allowing one run or fewer over at least five innings, led by Logan Henderson's seven-inning performance against Texas in which he struck out seven and gave up only a solo homer to Danny Jansen in a 6-1 victory. Multiple Brewers hitters contributed significantly, including William Contreras (.350/.417/.600 with a homer and two doubles), Christian Yelich (7-for-17 with three doubles), and Joey Ortiz (.375 with a triple). Jackson Chourio bounced back from a benching with a dominant stretch, going 7-for-18 with three homers from Thursday through Sunday, including a 4-for-5 night on Thursday that brought his season total to 20 homers. At age 22, Chourio has now recorded three 20-homer seasons, placing him among an exclusive group in baseball history.
