2026 Brewers Minor League Roundup: Week 23

Eric Bitonti continues his strong performance as the Brewers prepare for September roster expansions on September 1st. The Nashville Sounds went 3-3 this week, with position players Tyler Black, Akil Baddoo, and Bo Naylor all producing multiple extra-base hits against Jacksonville. Bo Naylor appears to be the leading candidate for a call-up, as he provides the team with experienced catching depth and has posted a .903 OPS in 60 at-bats since being acquired from Cleveland at the deadline, while reliever JoJo Romero is also likely to be activated.
